Our Story: A Message From the CEO
At GUIDANCE COMMUNICATIONS our clients always come first. We are a woman-owned marketing communications firm providing tailored services to each client, not a cookie-cutout approach. It's not just about winning your business. We aim to keep it. That's why customer service is central to our ethos and the reason for our stellar reputation and repeat business. Storytelling is our passion and with decades of experience working with organizations large and small, we are well-positioned to provide expert advice on how best to tell your brand story and amplify it across markets and channels.
We first opened our Washington, D.C. doors back in 2001, providing video production and editorial content to some of the largest media organizations in the world. Since then, we’ve partnered with a team of passionate and thoughtful communicators to expand our business to include corporate and non-profit clients. In 2022, we re-branded under Guidance Communications and carefully curated a team of professionals who put their knowledge and experience to the test with every project undertaken. Through a wide range of services, we provide strategic guidance while building a variety of communications tools to help our clients reach, connect and grow to the next level.
